Shipping your package
Packages are generally shipped within 2 days of receipt of payment. They are shipped by post with a tracking number and delivered without a signature.
It is also possible to come and collect your order directly from your market in the morning from 6.30 am to 1.30 pm: Monday in Guillestre, Wednesday in Briançon, and Saturday in Barcelonnette.
Packages can also be shipped via UPS Extra and delivered against signature. Please contact us before choosing this delivery method, as it incurs additional costs. Whatever delivery method you choose, we'll send you a link to track your package online.
Shipping costs vary depending on the total weight of the package. We recommend that you consolidate all of your items into one order. We cannot combine two orders placed separately and shipping charges apply to each of them. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special attention is paid to each of your orders.
